Serving Others Is Our Passion
LLG is a family-owned business that originated with two sisters, Lashanta and Lateasha Witherspoon. The “G” in our company name is a way to honor and memorialize our beloved brother Gregory. Growing up in Central Alabama with limited opportunities inspired us to start a business that offered others financial freedom.
We grew up in the trucking industry. Our father started driving dump trucks over 30 years ago, and for the last 20 years, he has been a successful Owner-Operator! As expected, he began teaching us the details of the trucking industry when we traveled with him. We have experienced first-hand the financial benefits, freedom, and stability associated with being an Owner-Operator. Our goal is to help as many people as possible experience the same or better!

Lateasha contributes the educational and logistical resources to LLG Transportation Consultants. Her experience as a dispatcher, HR Manager for a hazmat company paired with her Secondary Education background equipped her with the skills and tools required to help small motor carriers. She loves everything trucking related!

With over 10+ years of experience in the finance and accounting fields, she has been able to provide the tools small motor carriers require to help scale, leverage, and grow their businesses!
