FORM 2290 HVUT – New Registrations

If you operate a CMV with a GVWR over 55,000lbs you are required to pay a Heavy Vehicle Use Tax. Commonly referred to as the Form 2290. The first year tax amount is prorated based on the first month you plan to use the truck. Please select the expected first month of use from the drop down box.

***The $75 service fee does not include the tax. Clients will be invoiced separately for the HVUT since the tax is prorated.
