Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR ON LLG’S BEHALF.

Inconvenience Fee

LLG Transportation Consultants, LLC goal is to render services to customers within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. In order for LLG to complete services, clients must ensure all required information and documents are received within 24 hours of paid invoice. If a client does not send or provide information within the allotted time, clients will be issued a refund minus 15% for an inconvenience.

Consultation Refund Policy

All consultations are non-refundable. Clients are able to reschedule within 24 hours of scheduled consultation time. Client must notify LLG Transportation Consultants, LLC via phone call, email or text to request a new time. LLG Transportation Consultants will attempt to contact clients at the schedule appointment time. If client does not answer or return the call before the appointment time is over, client will have to purchase another consultation at the full price.
